Alliance Management: Key Enablers of Biopharm’s Next Business Model Changes are big and they are happening fast. Collaborative networks are quickly emerging as an important new business model for bio-pharm. Companies that develop the flexibility and agility to learn new ways of working will survive. Smaller companies, including biotechs, which develop the right capabilities will find new opportunities and resources by tapping into these networks.
