Registration Details
ASAP welcomes all individuals to attend our 2010 Annual Global Alliance Summit. We are pleased to announce that we are holding pricing the same as the 2009 Annual Global Alliance Summit.
Below are some important details to keep in mind when registering for this conference:
- Group Discounts: Special rates are available for multiple attendees from the same organizations and/or ASAP chapter. To qualify for the discount, all registrations and payments must be submitted at the same time in one batch.

| 6-9 people from the same organization/ASAP chapter | 15% discount per person |
| 10 or more people from the same organization/ASAP chapter | 20% reduction per person |
- ASAP Partners: ASAP is pleased to offer members of our partner associations the ability to register for this conference at the ASAP basic member rate regardless of membership status in ASAP. Our partners include: LES US and Canada, Canadian Healthcare Licensing Association, and American Management Association.
- Non-Member Rate: Non-members who pay the non-member rate will automatically receive a complimentary one-year ASAP basic membership.
- Disable Equal Access: In accordance with the ADA, ASAP is pleased to arrange special accommodations for attendees with special needs. All requests for assistance must be submitted in writing to ASAP prior to the start of the meeting.
- Substitution/Cancellation Policy: In the events you registered for this conference but are unable to attend, ASAP offers the following substitution and cancellations policy:
- You may transfer your registration to a colleague within your organization. Transfers must be arranged prior to the start of the conference by phone, fax, or email.
- You may receive a refund minus a $100 processing fee. There will be no refunds after January 25, 2010.
- Credits from past CHI events cannot be honored; credits from past CHI-ASAP events may be applied. Please contact ASAP for more information.
- Video and/or audio recording of any kind is prohibited onsite at all ASAP events without prior written permission from ASAP's President and Executive Director, Art Canter.
