The next Bio Pharma Council Meeting is planned for June 20 (dinner) June 21 (Meeting).

We are pleased to welcome you to the Boehringer Ingelheim US headquarters on June 20-21st for our next ASAP Biotech / Pharmaceuticals Council Meeting. Attached for your review is the draft agenda for what is sure to be a very interactive session—We look forward to your active participation!
We have reserved a room block at the Hilton Garden Inn in Danbury, CT, which is less than a mile from the BI site. Please contact the hotel by May 8th if you wish to participate in the room block. Reservations may be made by phoning or emailing Heather Parsons at Hilton Garden Inn directly. When you make your reservation, please ask for the “Boehringer Ingelheim ASAP” room block to get the BI corporate rate of $119. Heather’s contact details are as follows:

You may access any of the New York metro airports to reach the Ridgefield / Danbury area. LaGuardia and White Plains(Westchester) are the closest major airports, while JFK and Bradley may also be utilized. For ground transportation between your selected airport and hotel / meeting site, we recommend Excel Transportation at (800) 243-9235 or Regal Limo at (800) 283-5466. If selecting one of these services, please ask for the BI corporate rate.
