In a deal between two ASAP Global Members last week, Sanofi and Schneider Electric signed a three-year agreement to collaborate on making the former's manufacturing sites more energy efficient
. Sanofi will work with Schneider to monitor energy usage, forecast energy price changes, and build in energy-efficient designs into new facilities.
Perhaps Schneider will use this deal will be a model for future discussions with other Big Pharma multinationals at the 2013 ASAP BioPharma Conference or next year's ASAP Global Alliance Summit?
