Education Partners

ASAP is partnering with accredited educational organizations or Institutions to provide education and training on Strategic Alliances and Partnering. These organizations provide education on a regularly scheduled basis, open to the general public. Training content can be shown to be substantially in alignment with the Detailed Content Outline. Our initial education partner is the American Management Association (AMA).

American Management Association (AMA) has developed a portfolio of seminars designed specifically for organizations that gain more value through their strategic alliances. ASAP members receive a 10% discount on course fees. For information on how to utilize this discount, please contact atrampas@strategic-alliances.org.

Service Providers

Service Providers are CAAM credentialed consultants and instructors that provide services and education on a custom basis. They must have a history of an Alliance Practice for at least 3 years and offer training or preparation content that can be shown to be substantially in alignment with the Detailed Content Outline.

Phoenix Consulting Group has developed an Alliance Management Skills Mastery and Certification Prep Course. This workshop focuses experiential learning and team problem solving within the context of case study scenarios, simulating the situations alliance managers face everyday. Scenarios reflect the competencies that are specified in the CAAM Detailed Content Outline.  Attendees will assess their skills and knowledge as specified by the CAAM competency model, take away tools and best practices in alliance management and gain confidence in their readiness to successfully complete the exam.  For more information: www.phoenixcg.com
