Managing Alliances for Competitive Advantage Panel Discussion


When do alliances help, and when do they hurt? What types of alliances & partners are more advantageous? How can processes & structures for managing alliances affect their performance? Hear nationally recognized alliance practitioners react to, supplement and challenge recent studies assessing alliance practices.

ASAP members and invited guests are offered the unique opportunity to attend this research-to practice special forum of the Atlanta Competitive Advantage Conference series.
