We are at the threshold of a new age of business management. One that requires a new level of individual leadership and collective excellence, where our capacities to integrate change and the demands of modern life are centered squarely on our capacities to act individually and collectively. This is no more true for alliances as for all other endeavors. It just so happens that alliances focus on the interconnected elements of people, organizations and industries and as such are the “play-ground” and the “profession” where the new age of business management is highly represented. Individuals in this profession must work with uncertainly, manage across cultures and organizations, build value within their companies and through the ecosystem, must manage broader networks and tap into these relationships to create opportunities, bring products to market and create value. The Webinar Tools and Practices for Becoming Better Alliances Leaders brought to you by the South East Chapter of the Association of Strategic Alliances Professionals is meant to help alliance leaders meet the challenge.

In this Webinar Participants will learn:

·    Key actions that they can take to build their leadership competencies.

·    Learn about specific assessments and tools that can bring insight to leadership growth that can be used and applied for personal leadership development.

·    Practices and tools fundamental to leadership growth particular to alliances:

o How to foster conversations that have real impact

o How to develop your own capacity for leadership in speaking, listening and taking action

o How to break through when conversations seem stuck
