Chicago Chapter Seeks Sponsorship Chair
ASAP SPONSORSHIP CHAIR
Duties and Responsibilities
§ The term is for two year
§ Liaison with National Organization Sponsorship Chair (currently done via TCAG) noting renewing and lapsed sponsorships (note: not done today)
o Coordinate renewals with corporate sponsors
· Upon receipt of sponsorship lists
o Personally welcomes new sponsors to the chapter via email
o Assists in the renewal of sponsors at all levels
· Recruit new sponsors
o Target new sponsors
o Communicate value proposition of ASAP
o Maintain new sponsor presentation document (PowerPoint)
· Attend meetings and ensure that:
o Sponsors get what they wanted out of the meeting sponsorship
o Help recruit new sponsors
· May form a sponsorship committee as needed
· May have a co-chair
