IDEAS TO OUTCOMES: Collaborative Framework for Accelerating Solutions With and Through Partner Ecosystems

Dick Tracy talking to his watch is no longer science fiction. Digital empires such as Amazon, Uber and Instagram have transformed the way consumers access and purchase content – from ordering groceries through an interactive Bluetooth speaker to hailing a stranger’s car from your phone or instantly sharing a photo with a friend across the world. Connected, intelligent machines have become a part of our everyday life – in our offices, homes, schools, and even on our wrists.

Digital transformation has become mainstream and affects all businesses, large or small, across all industries, and all markets. Winners in this new digital economy are harnessing the power of technology + partnering to transform business for new growth, game-changing innovation, enhanced user experience, and new models to create, deliver, and capture value.

How does the function and role of Alliances and Channels evolve in this new reality? Alliance and Channel leaders have the opportunity to be in the driver’s seat of this transformation where their value contribution is both understood, recognized, and needed more than ever before. However, the traditional alliance and channel practices no longer suffice. The status quo must evolve.

Lorin Coles, CEO and Managing Director of Alliancesphere, will introduce a repeatable “ideas to outcomes” Collaboration Framework. In this interactive session, Lorin, an expert on complex collaborations, will provide a high-level overview of the framework components, as well as specific case studies demonstrating how the framework is being used to achieve innovation, transformation, and growth.

Topics discussed include:

  • Market context
  • "Ideas" to "Outcomes" framework
  • 'Ideation, Creation and Monetization' Engines
  • Illuminating use cases from Cisco, Red Hat, and Intel
  • Other industry examples
  • Q&A

Alliancesphere, founded in 2002 and based in Atlanta, is a leader in empowering collaborative execution, helping organizations to maximize the value from strategic relationships by realizing customer value at the point of impact.

In 2014, Alliancesphere and Boston-based partnering thought leaders, The Rhythm of Business, sponsors of this chapter meeting and leaders in the ASAP community, created SMART Partnering, a joint venture delivering executive suite-sponsored, enterprise-wide solutions to build next generation partnering everywhere capability and realize the value of digital business transformation and connected ecosystems.

SMART Partnering has kindly offered to provide the ebook, The Power to Partner Everywhere: What It Is, Why You Need It, How to Build It to our November 8th event participants, so register today!

Please consider inviting your colleagues who contribute to managing your alliances.
