As one F500 CEO recently said, "Right now may be the slowest we'll ever see execution again." Whether it is the way functions work together inside an organization or the way organizations partner with other organizations, having a common approach to collaboration can increase the odds of both going faster and improving results.

The International Standard ISO-44001 Collaborative Business Relationship Management simplifies the best practices of collaboration from around the world to achieve just that: teams working with other teams to execute and produce great results. ASAP has been at the forefront of developing the standard and in this his webinar, we will highlight how the standard drives strategic, operational, and economic benefits.

We will also introduce a Collaborative Maturity Model based on the fusion of the ISO Standard AND The ASAP Handbook for Alliance Management which will enable ASAP members to benchmark their ability to deliver high-performing collaborations.
