Tell a Friend About This EventTell a Friend

For the Alliance Manager, a host of questions must be answered – What should the agenda be? How can I best organize the discussion? How should we prepare for it? Should we present some “data” or simply allow the conversation to be free flow? How do we make sure that everyone feels their needs are heard, yet the discussion be efficient? How do we ensure that any solution we come up with actually will fix the root of problem at hand? What should my role in all of this be?

Webinar - We Have an Alliance Issue: How to Structure and Facilitate Joint Working Sessions Where Issues are Complex and Feelings are Raw

As all those involved in alliance management know all too well, alliance “issues” are often very complex, filled with different points of view, lots of emotion, and strong feelings on both sides about what has to change. Alliance Managers are often charged with helping to fix such issues through devising and facilitating a joint working session where alliance team members are to come to discuss their challenges and work out good, implementable solutions. This is, of course, much easier said than done.

Join Stuart Kliman, a Partner at Vantage Partners as he explores the most effective ways to organize such problem solving discussions within alliances and walks us through a case study about such a situation.

In this webinar we will share:
  • Effective ways to structure and organize joint problem solving sessions
  • An easy, intuitive methodology to support Alliance Manager efforts to organize and facilitate difficult alliance conversations in a fair, objective, and action driven way
  • A case study in which this methodology was deployed to help the partners align around an agreed action plan, develop a joint understanding of their challenges, and develop a well-structured meeting agenda and dialogue.
