Instead, partners need to learn to manage each other through influence. In fact, partners that feel controlled and directed will probably not be partners very long.

By the end of this session participants will be able to:

  • Know how to differentiate themselves and their organizations in the minds of their partners
  • Recognize the skills needed to reduce the time and investment necessary to influence partners towards desirable business outcomes
  • Explain how to secure partnership commitments
  • Express steps to follow to raise partner awareness and alter partner behavior
  • Describe several partnering best practices
