  • Establishing credibility through how measurements are gathered and displaced
  • Common challenges and mistakes of alliance dashboards

Sue Hed grows revenues through channels and alliances. She has a diverse background working ISVs, Global Sis, regional Sis and VARs. Her expertise is in value creation, sales enablement, demand generation and sales with indirect channels for technology companies.

Sue works for Qlik, a business intelligence software company as a Sr. Global Alliance executive. Prior to Qlik, she worked at Schneider Electric and IBM in a number of leadership roles including VP IBM Oracle Alliance, VP Global Alliance Solution in NE EMEA. Sue brings more than twenty years of global leadership and expertise in ERP, CRM, Smarter Planet and Supply Chain solutions across multiple industries.

Sue is an ASAP member and has her CSAP certification. Plus she is an active mentor with Women Unlimited & Executive’s Club of Chicago and volunteer at Ronald McDonald House. Sue has her business degree from University of Minnesota and advanced studies at Syracuse University.
