This will be a panel discussion where we explore several different types of partner programs at several local companies and what makes them successful. We will explore the key elements of the partner program value proposition and how well it delivers on that promise to the partner community. By looking at best practices across multiple companies and partner program types, attendees will gain an understanding of critical success factors in designing and executing a successful partner program.

This session will explore best practices at several local companies and how they design and deliver partner programs that create value for different types of partnerships. In a one-on-one strategic alliance, you can customize an alliance relationship based on the unique requirements of each partner. When you develop and grow alliances programmatically, you need to design partner programs that generate the desired business outcomes and create value for your partners.
