Partnering is integral to most corporate strategies today and is becoming pervasive throughout the organization. It is spreading to the edge of the enterprise in order to enable the agility in delivering the omnichannel experience customers require.

According to Gartner, this is increasingly viewed by executives in all industries as the future basis of competition. Not surprisingly, the 2015 IBM CEO Study found that 70% of those surveyed expect their partner networks to expand, especially for innovation purposes.
