We are delighted to announce your speaker for this captivating topic is Nirav Sheth.

Nirav Sheth is the Solutions, Architectures, & Engineering leader for the Global Partner Organization at Cisco. Nirav has participated in the World Economic Forum, and has been a speaker at the Technology Services Industry Association TS World events.  In Technical Services Nirav built and ran Technical Assistance Center (TAC) operations around the world with nearly 1000 engineers distributed across GEOs, and later was responsible for Service Delivery of Enterprise and Service Provider (SP) Networking TAC across all Cisco customer segments where his organization delivered the highest Cisco Sales Associate Program (CSAP) scores for two consecutive years.

With a team of several hundred channel leade
rs working with thousands of partners, Nirav’s organization is responsible for partner enablement/capacity, technology strategy, and helping their partners develop practice capabilities to bring Cisco solutions to the market.

Nirav describes how Cisco cultivates their partner’s success with these disruptive, transformational journeys for partners and customers. As importantly Nirav addresses the customers' complex business challenges requiring multiple partner types coming together; this may involve a traditional reseller, a systems integrator, an ISV and possibly others.
