How can we be heard above all the noise? How do we avoid social media fails? How do we determine ROI? What are the best practices to ensure success?

With the proper approach individuals and organizations can find the right networks with the right audiences, support their existing strategies, and drive both engagement and impact.  

This interactive session will begin with a discussion on the current social media landscape, trends and how to evaluate and manage complex and collaborative relationships via social media.

By sharing best practices and case examples for social media, this session will provide Alliance and Partner managers’ the critical steps to establish and build successful alliances within the social media environment. This session will be valuable to strategic alliance professionals of all levels.
