UK Chpt- How Digital Transformation is Creating a Need for Alliance Management in Industry Mash-Ups
Tell a Friend About This EventTell a Friend

Join us for a panel event in London. Industry mash-ups enable participants to bring complementary capabilities or assets to the table enabling companies to get to market faster than if they had to build all the necessary elements themselves. These types of alliances require a shift in strategic mindset, an understanding of operational leverage and weaknesses, careful consideration of governance, financial structure and reporting, and value sharing.

One great example of that coming together is in the digitization of agriculture, where mash-ups are enabling companies' assets and processes to be leveraged in new ways to create completely novel solutions. Collaborations with players new to the agri-food sector are being sought by small, medium and large-size players – in areas such as e.g. sensors, connectivity, data platforms and analytics. The transformation is demanding agility in an industry where traditionally research and development takes 10-15 years.

Join us for a panel event in London on the evening of the 10th October to debate the importance of alliance management in creating successful industry mash-ups.

Please consider inviting your colleagues who contribute to managing your alliances.
