Overview

In today's competitive market, there are many reasons to form alliances. The 2016 PwC CEO Survey found that 48% of CEOs plan to engage in new strategic alliances or joint ventures in order to drive corporate growth and profitability.

In order to reap maximum benefits of a partnership, the purpose of the relationship must be clear. This session will highlight how local companies are using various alliance types to achieve business strategies and goals.

Our panelists will share key objectives and the best practices they employ in alliances they lead, including those based on Market Facing, R&D, Supplier, and other collaboration types.

What you will learn:

  • Key trends and drivers for local partner and alliance relationships
  • Best practices for navigating opportunities and challenges of various alliance types
  • How your peers are managing relationships to drive successful outcomes

Please consider inviting your colleagues who contribute to managing your alliances.

Sponsorship provided by ASAP Member Relayware.
