How do I log into the Members Only area?
If you are having trouble accessing the Members Only area because you have forgotten your Username or Password, watch this short video to see how to solve this problem.
If you are having trouble accessing the site because you can not remember your Username or Password, follow these steps.
- On the Home Page, in the upper right corner, in the login area, is a link that says "Forgot Password". Click this link.
- You will arrive on a page that asks you to enter your email address. Enter your email address and click the Submit button. An email will be sent to you with the subject "Security Information from ASAP"
- Open this email. At the bottom of the email is a link that says Reset My Password. Click on this link (or paste the URL into your browser).
- You will land on a page that allows you to reset your Password. Please note that on this page, your Username is provided at the end of the first sentence on the page. Please write down or save that Username in a place you will remember.
- Enter your First and Last Name and also add enter a new Password, and then verify that new Password. Then click Submit.
- You will be returned to the Home page and should now be able to enter your Username and new Password into the login area in the top right corner.
- If you are not able to successfully login after this process, please send us an email.
