Answer: ASAP is offering Global and Corporate Members registering five (5) or more paid attendees $75 off each registration. Conference discount codes cannot be combined.

Question: What airport should I fly into?
Answer: There are three airports in the DC/National Harbor area. The nearest airport to the Gaylord National is the Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport (DCA) located 8 miles from the hotel, but does not offer international flights. Estimated taxi fare from the DCA airport to the hotel is $25 (one–way). The Dulles International Airport (IAD) is located 35 miles from the hotel, and the Baltimore/Washington International Thurgood Marshall Airport (BWI) is located 42 miles from the hotel both offer international flights. Taxi fare to the hotel from IAD and BWI is about $70 one–way.

Question: Is There a Substitution Policy?
Registration substitutions are permitted prior to the conference and onsite. Only one substitution is permitted per original registrant. The individual submitting the substitution request is responsible for all financial obligations (any balance due) associated with that substitution as well as updating any contact information. Substitutions must be arranged by contacting Megan Campbell at Please note if the colleague you are transferring to is not the same member type as you they will need to pay the difference in registration rates (i.e. you are a member and they are not).
Question: What do I wear?
Answer: Business casual. Meeting rooms can be much cooler than other areas so a sweater or jacket is recommended.
