ASAP is offering Global and Corporate Members registering five (5) or more paid attendees $75 off each registration. In order to receive this discount all participants will need to enter a code during the registration process. Conference discount codes cannot be combined.
Video and/or Audio Recording
External video and/or audio recording of any kind is prohibited onsite at all ASAP events without prior written permission from ASAP’s President and CEO. To submit a request to video and/or audio record please contact Megan Campbell at email@example.com.
ASAP reserves the right to video and/or audio record the conference in whole or in part and by registering for the conference you agree to allow ASAP to use footage without limit or liability.
Handicapped Equal Access
In accordance with the ADA, ASAP is pleased to arrange special accommodations for attendees with special needs. All requests for such assistance must be submitted in writing to ASAP at least 14 days prior to the start of the meeting to Megan Campbell at firstname.lastname@example.org.
All registration cancellations and refund requests must be made in writing by January 20, 2016. A refund of the registration fee, minus the administrative fee noted below, will be given for cancellations received by that date. No refunds will be granted after January 21, 2016. Submit all requests to ASAP Registration via email to Megan Campbell at email@example.com. ASAP regrets that refunds will not be given for no-shows.

Registration substitutions are permitted prior to the conference and onsite. Only one substitution is permitted per original registrant. The individual submitting the substitution request is responsible for all financial obligations (any balance due) associated with that substitution as well as updating any contact information. Substitutions must be arranged by contacting Megan Campbell at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please note if the colleague you are transferring to is not the same member type as you they will need to pay the difference in registration rates (i.e. you are a member and they are not).
