ASAP France est un Club qui rassemble des professionnels expérimentés sur le thème des Alliances Stratégiques et des partenariats commercials, marketing, de R&D, industrielles & logistiques. Notre ambition est de croiser les expériences et les compétences pluridisciplinaires des secteurs privés, publics, associant des universitaires et des professionnels d’autres fédérations et associations, pour faire progresser l’état de l’art de cette discipline et créer une véritable intelligence en réseau. En respectant la definition académique du terme Alliances strategiques, nous abordons les problèmatiques inhérentes aux approches collaboratives entre firmes: « associations entre plusieurs entreprises indépendantes qui choisissent de mener à bien un projet ou une activité spécifique en coordonnant les compétences, moyens et ressources nécessaires » (Garrette et Dussauge. 1999. p4). La distinction entre des firmes non concurrentes invoquant des joint-ventures, des multi-nationalisations, des partenariats verticaux et des accords sectoriels, se distingueront de sociétés concurrentes où l'alliance sera de nature differentes: co-intégration, pseudo-concentration et alliances complémentaires. Les problèmatiques de fusion/acquisitions et de réseau de vente indirecte seront le cas échéant abordées uniquement dans le prisme des Alliances stratégiques.
