As Managing Partner of Digital Bridge Partners, Allan develops and executes digital business innovation, value network and ecosystem, and go-to-market strategies for leading industrial and technology companies.

Allan's work and thought leadership helps clients refine their innovation cultures and practices, build profitable business ecosystems, and develop winning go-to-market strategies. His clients include Adobe, Boeing, Cisco, Marketo, SAP, Tech Data, VMware, and a number of new and emerging entities. Previously, Allan founded and ran (as CEO) MSI Consulting Group, a 100-person sales and marketing strategy firm focused on the high-tech industry where he became a leading sales and marketing strategist and visionary. At MSI, Allan was a frequent keynote speaker, conference leader, and contributing columnist for a leading technology publication.

Allan also worked as a consultant with The Boston Consulting Group and received his MBA from Harvard Graduate School of Business where he was honored as a Baker Scholar. Allan is also a CPA and serves on several for profit and not-for-profit boards.

Chip Rodgers | VP Marketing and Alliances | WorkSpan

Chip Rodgers is an accomplished digital marketing leader with deep expertise in community marketing, content marketing, social media, customer events, and growing pipeline working closely with sales, customers, and partners. Chip is vice president of marketing and alliances for WorkSpan, the go-to-market network for Alliances that empowers customers to manage joint sales opportunities, run joint marketing programs, and launch joint solutions with their alliance partners on a shared platform. Chip's career has included marketing leadership positions at SAP, IBM, Deloitte, Ciena, MicroStrategy, and IT Factory.

Chip has an MBA degree from University of Chicago and an undergraduate degree in Engineering from Northwestern. A Chicago native, Chip currently resides in the San Francisco Bay Area.

Cindy Zhou | Vice President and Principal Analyst | Constellation Research

Cindy Zhou is vice president and principal analyst at Constellation Research covering Digital Marketing Transformation and Sales Effectiveness. With over 18 years of practitioner experience in corporate marketing, product marketing, product management and sales operations, Zhou has spearheaded marketing transformation at multiple technology companies. Her role is to advise Constellation's clients on strategies to light up demand generation, prove revenue contribution and maximize sales productivity.

Prior to joining Constellation, Zhou was global senior vice president of marketing and sales operations at BackOffice Associates, a global provider of data quality and information governance solutions to the Fortune 1000 and a SAP Solution Extension (SolEx) partner. Before BackOffice Associates, Zhou led worldwide demand generation for the procurement, supply chain, commerce, and merchandising lines of business for IBM's Smarter Commerce initiative. She joined IBM from the company's acquisition of Emptoris, Inc., where she led corporate marketing and global demand programs. Prior to Emptoris, Zhou was the 25th employee of Rivermine and helped grow the company into a telecom expense management industry leader with a successful exit to Emptoris. She's also held a variety of product marketing, product development and marketing roles at China Telecom and MCI Telecommunications. A recognized revenue marketing executive, Zhou was recently honored as one of four finalists for the 2016 "Marketing Executive of the Year" Marketo Revvie Award.
