Overview

Strategic partners are critical drivers of enterprise value in the new, digital economy. However, most partner and alliance relationships are unsuccessful due to partner management challenges. Alliance management processes and tools limit partner managers' ability to create, deliver, and manage enterprise value. A systematic management model can transform partner, alliance and ecosystem contribution to enterprise value and allow outcomes to be measured and success demonstrated through hard ROI.

Join Constellation Research, Digital Bridge Partners, and WorkSpan to uncover the secrets of how a best practice transformation roadmap can deliver measurable and scalable return on partner investment (ROPI). In this presentation you will learn:

  • Key value drivers
  • Top 4 alliance management challenges
  • Key questions managers should address
  • Critical elements of a best practice management model
  • A benchmark transformation roadmap
  • Transformation benefits — Specific partner marketing example
