MW Chpt - Improving your Organization’s Partnering Capability Mojo

If partnering is critical to your company success, how do you know if you have the capability to execute? Doctors have a standard assessment they use to check the health of patient.  Mechanics have a standard assessment they use to check the ‘health’ of a car.  If something is found, they follow steps to address it and then conduct a re-assessment to ensure things have improved.

However, many companies who want to partner or are partnering, question if they are capable of partnering. It’s not because they do not know if they are capable, but rather they do not have an effective tool for diagnosing themselves and being able to re-assess…until now.

The Association of Strategic Alliance Professionals in collaboration with New Information Paradigms are proud to announce the Partner Capability Assessment Platform (PCAP) which has been derived from the ISO 44001 Business Collaboration Standard.

Attendees will obtain hands-on experience by using the PCAP: Single User option – which is free for any individual – to help diagnose their organization’s ability to partner.

  • Gain insights into your organization’s partnering maturity level
  • Understand your organizations partnering strengths and weaknesses
Attendees will then get to collaboratively employ the Plan – Do – Check – Act process to derive an action plan for an identified area for improvement as indicated by PCAP
