Decision making in alliances can be challenging when different organizations, with different decision making processes, set-ups, and priorities partner. 

This event brings together speakers from a variety of organizations including: large pharma, biotech, legal practice and one of the UK’s leading cancer research charities to share their experiences of working across diverse organizations and the benefits and challenges of bridging the organizational differences.

Cancer Research UK, our host and sponsor – outline the crucial role that partnering plays in their organization, illustrate some of the key challenges and learnings that have been gained from partnering with many different and diverse organizations. 

As a UK charity, Cancer Research UK works with many different partners from commercial partners, large pharmaceutical partners, government organizations, charities, and academia. 

In a series of short presentations we’ll explore the similarities, differences and key challenges posed by these partnerships.
