Many business leaders have come to think of collaboration as a technology enabled behavior: new web meeting platform or messaging platform. While these technologies can facilitate collaboration, they fall short in creating actual collaboration. Yet collaboration and partnering have become core to implementing and optimizing digital-based business strategies. Managing these ecosystems of partners is no longer the siloed function of the alliance team but are drawing in C-suite notice. What do leaders need to know about managing these multi-dimensional and multi-lateral business relationships successfully in the more modern, agile, and fast-moving environment of ecosystem partnering?

We will discuss how to bridge the collaboration gap between where you are today and where as an organization you need to go to empower collaboration.

  • What are the principles companies need to embrace to be successful at B2B collaborations and in turn, digital business strategies?
  • What the necessary skills that a successful ecosystem leader needs to manage stakeholder alignment across multiple enterprises and to empower these entities to create compelling customer experiences?
  • How can companies foster a culture for collaboration to cultivate innovation, value creation, and to succeed in the digital marketplace?
