Got alliance challenges? (Who doesn’t!) Hear from seasoned professionals how to make things better and which ASAP resources they are leveraging

Practioners’ Spotlight will feature local alliance professionals and New England Chapter leaders Jeremy Ahouse from Merus and Phil Sailor from HPE. In presentations focused on “Grappling with Wicked Problems in Alliance Management" and “Relaunching an Unproductive Alliance” respectively, they will share their experience, best practices and ASAP resources used in real world alliances. Their presentations focus on the common theme of handling difficult challenges in alliances and were very well received at recent virtual and European ASAP events.

Our local chapter members and guests are bound to benefit from the great ideas and advice shared by Jeremy and Phil “live” and will have plenty of opportunities to ask questions and gather practical insights from the seasoned presenters and audience interactions.
