Alliances and joint ventures do not always run smoothly. Conflicts between individuals or the organizations involved may arise around issues such as resource allocation or sharing, staffing, performance/accountability, trust concerns, and personalities.

These disputes can create a roadblock that prevents the JV or alliance from effectively meeting revenue, cost, project, and market targets—and could jeopardize effective future collaboration.

Although the agreement document may provide an arbitration clause to resolve issues or conflicts, the parties may be reluctant to utilize it because it may take too long for resolution, is costly and can create personal/professional resentments because there is a winner and loser.

Enter TPAI

Third-party alignment intervention (TPAI) is a faster, more cost-effective way to resolve disputes and mitigate risk so the JV or alliance can move forward with stakeholder alignment. The process is also flexible in terms of delivery—especially relevant for global partnerships with geographically dispersed parties.

In this webinar, you will discover how to improve your leadership's ability to influence stakeholders positively, build stronger relationships between parties, and learn how to anticipate and proactively resolve future challenges through TPAI. Presenter Ted Gerber will share:

  • The benefits of TPAI – how third-party impartiality, objective perspective, and fresh thinking yield creative, expeditious solutions
  • How to transfer what you learn today to effect quicker resolution of future disputes and challenges
  • The right questions to ask to discern the core issues underlying the misalignment
  • The power of thinking from the possibility of "what if" solutions
