Question: When does the 2015 ASAP Global Alliance Summit end?
Answer: The conference ends Wednesday, March 4, in the evening with a closing celebration. The CSAP exam will be administered on Thursday, March 5th.

Question: Is there an option to attend just the pre-conference workshops?
Answer: Yes, you may purchase a pre-conference workshop without purchasing a full conference pass.

Question: Is there a group discount available?
Answer: ASAP is offering Global and Corporate Members registering five (5) or more attendees $75 off each registration. Please contact Michele Shannon at mshannon@strategic-alliances.org or +1.774.256.1401 for the qualifying discount code. In order to receive this discount all participants will need to enter a code during the registration process.

Answer: The nearest airport to the hotel is Orlando International Airport (MCO) http://www.orlandoairports.net.

Question: How do I get from the airport to the Hyatt Regency?
Answer: Getting to the Hyatt Regency:
A taxi from the airport to the Hyatt Regency is approximately $65.Shuttle service is also available through Mears Transportation. Summit attendees can receive a $3 discount off the regular rate (click here for info).

Question: Can I Audio and/or Video Record any of the sessions?
Answer: Video and/or audio recording
External video and/or audio recording of any kind is prohibited onsite at all ASAP events without prior written permission from ASAP. To submit a request to video and/or audio record please contact Michele Shannon at mshannon@strategic-alliances.org. ASAP reserves the right to video and/or audio record the conference in whole or in part and by registering for the conference you agree to allow ASAP to use footage without limit or liability.

Question: Is There a Substitution Policy?
Answer: SUBSTITUTION POLICY:
Registration substitutions are permitted prior to the conference and onsite. Only one substitution is permitted per original registrant. The individual submitting the substitution request is responsible for all financial obligations (any balance due) associated with that substitution as well as updating any contact information. Substitutions must be arranged by contacting Michele Shannon at +1.774.256.1401 or mshannon@strategic-alliances.org. Please note if the colleague you are transferring to is not the same member type as you they will need to pay the difference in registration rates (i.e. you are a member and they are not).

Question: What do I wear?
Answer: Business casual. Meeting rooms can be much cooler than other areas so a sweater or jacket is recommended.
