CANCELLATION POLICY:
All registration cancellations and refund requests must be made in writing by January 12, 2015. A refund of the registration fee, minus the administrative fee noted below, will be given for cancellations. No refunds will be granted after January 12, 2015. Submit all requests to ASAP Registration via email at mshannon@strategic-alliances.org. ASAP regrets that refunds will not be given for no-shows.

CSAP Exam The exam fee is non-refundable and can be applied to a new rescheduled date. A fee of $60 will be charged for rescheduling the exam.


SUBSTITUTION POLICY:
Registration substitutions are permitted prior to the conference and onsite. Only one substitution is permitted per original registrant. The individual submitting the substitution request is responsible for all financial obligations (any balance due) associated with that substitution as well as updating any contact information. Substitutions must be arranged by contacting Michele Shannon at +1.774-256.1401 or mshannon@strategic-alliances.org. Please note if the colleague you are transferring to is not the same member type as you they will need to pay the difference in registration rates (i.e. you are a member and they are not).
