Position Description:

OneStream is looking for an experienced Partner Alliance Manager to join our growing Strategic Alliances team. This person will be responsible for recruiting, developing, nurturing, and managing our NA Partner relations within our Open Territory Sales Region. In this role, you will be working closely with the sales team and sales leadership to drive revenue from the partner community. You will ensure the successful achievement of go-to-market activities that produce qualified lead generation for Field Sales through our Partner Network. This individual will be expected to engage senior leaders and executives at partner companies to facilitate sales opportunities, MarketPlace solution assets, manage existing opportunities, communicate product and company messaging, and plan joint marketing and sales activities that align and support the stated goals.


• For each Partner, own, develop, monitor, manage, and achieve Co-sell revenue, solution asset development and enablement goals and oversight on best practice implementation standards

• Develop partner engagement activities such as marketing campaigns, sales alignment, and MarketPlace solution assets, to support overall partner strategy

• Contribute to OneStream sales growth by driving and taking ownership of developing relationships across all alliance ecosystem partners in your territory including technology partners, global advisors, regional advisors and our commercial partnerships

• Align with Partners’ Sales, Marketing, Business Development, and Consulting teams at all levels, from individual contributor to management and executives

• Attract alliance partner investments in Sales Kick-Off, Splash and Business Reviews

• Ensure operational excellence and maintain a high level of business impact for Objectives and Key Results, pipeline generation and deal progression

• Manage multiple, simultaneous communication streams for various partner activities including sales, marketing, enablement and miscellaneous initiatives

• Work closely with cross functional teams and engage partners frequently to ensure OneStream product information and messaging are properly conveyed to the partner channel

• Ensure the partners are complying with OneStream Partner policies

• Be the main point of contact for all Partner communication, including conflict resolution

• Ensure the company objectives related to partner channel are achieved and periodically reported to the executive management team

• Look for opportunities to scale efficiencies and new ways of working across multiple stakeholders and projects

Required Experience:

• Ten+ years of experience in Enterprise Sales, Channel Sales, Alliance, or Vendor management

• A working knowledge of Corporate Performance Management

• A passion for sales and working with alliance partners

• Proven success building effective, sustainable working relationships internally and with partners

• An ability to perform analytics to evaluate partner success and in support of the sales teams’ pipeline and territory requirements

• Excellent written and oral communication skills, with strong ability to build and communicate business rationale

• High quality organizational skills

• Proven effectiveness collaborating in small teams and desire to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment


• Four-year college degree in fields such as (but not limited to) Accounting, Business, Finance, or equivalent work experience

• Graduate degree in business, preferred
