ASAP's certificate of incorporation has been duly filed with the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and constitutes ASAP's charter.
Bylaws
ASAP's bylaws are established by the ASAP Board of Directors to provide the framework for the Association's operation and management. The bylaws implementation and amendment are governed by Massachusetts law and the specific provisions of the bylaws dealing with those matters.
