What to expect
Mastering Alliance Management is delivered in partnership with the Joint Alliance Value Initiative (JAVI), and is structured around the I-SAMM framework.
Participants will learn how to apply the I-SAMM framework to: define and align partnership vision, manage strategic and operational risks, and strengthen prioritization, influence, and cross-enterprise decision-making.
Through real-world case studies, guided peer exchange, and hands-on application, participants will gain practical methods they can immediately bring back to their organizations.
