Having certified alliance professionals sends a strong signal to our existing and potential partners that we are committed to managing our partnerships effectively.

Are you ready to take your career to the next level through CSAP certification? Attend this prep workshop to advance your knowledge and skills, not just as an alliance management professional, but as an alliance leader. It's time to distinguish yourself as one of the few who can say they have earned the highest-level professional certification available for a partnership professional.

The CSAP review workshop will go beyond knowledge building to include vigorous discussion of key senior leadership attributes such as alliance management judgment. Each segment begins with a brief case scenario designed to spark conversation around key alliance management themes, reviews related concepts, and concludes with a summary of key takeaways.

  • Alliance Strategy and Partner Selection
  • Alliance Formation Processes; Managing Alliances

Both the CA-AM and the CSAP aren’t just about, ‘What is an alliance?’
It’s not about definitions and facts. It’s about situations—what you would do in various situations.
It’s really the practical application of the knowledge that makes it more valuable.”
Christine Carberry, CSAP
