This award honors a new or significantly improved approach to alliance management that stands apart from established practices.
Innovations may occur in any phase of the alliance life cycle or in the way an alliance department operates—such as through novel tools, processes, governance structures, strategies, or interventions. To qualify, the approach must not be described in the ASAP Handbook or other ASAP collateral, and should represent a breakthrough not previously known.
