C-Further is a finalist for ASAP’s Alliance Excellence Awards in the Emerging Alliances category. A global, multi-sector collaboration, C-Further is dedicated to accelerating the discovery and development of safer, more effective treatments for children and young people with cancer. The alliance brings together leaders from industry, academia, nonprofit organizations, philanthropy, and clinical research to address the scientific, financial, and structural barriers that have historically slowed progress in pediatric oncology. In this session, speakers will share real-world lessons from C-Further’s journey, including how the alliance was structured for impact, how partners collaborate across sectors while balancing openness and proprietary interests, and how strong governance, trust, and shared purpose enable innovation at scale.
