Mastering Alliance Management: Driving Clarity, Value, and Influence in Alliance Leadership

Led by seasoned and experienced alliance leaders in the pharmaceutical industry, this immersive program equips mid- and senior-level alliance professionals with the clarity, confidence, and tools needed to excel in today’s high-stakes partnership landscape. At the heart of the course is the Integrated System of Alliance Management Model (I-SAMM)—a robust, end-to-end framework that brings structure and strategic insight to the full lifecycle of complex collaborations.
