Success in collaboration often depends on picking the right partner to begin with. So how do you determine the right criteria for vetting potential partners? How do you conduct due diligence? How do you know your partner can deliver on your desired outcomes? Do you evaluate partners based on their ability to partner effectively? Our panel represents partner executives across multiple industries and each will provide a unique perspective on how to qualify the right partner for the job. They'll look at taking a structured approach to selecting partners by employing partner fit criteria that consider value for partners, "win-win" outcomes, and partnering-ready culture, and that later influence partnership performance measurement.
