For more than two decades, The ASAP Handbook of Alliance Management: A Practitioner's Guide has been the book alliance professionals actually keep on their desk. This fall, it gets its biggest update yet.
More than 40 ASAP-certified volunteers helped rebuild the 5th Edition, bringing real field experience into every chapter. It's still structured around the ASAP Alliance Lifecycle, but the framework itself has been reworked to reflect the difference between structured alliance programs and bespoke alliances, along with how alliances actually run today.
